I’m generally happy with my purchase of a side table. It’s stylish and solid. Just wish the delivery team had done a better job with setup and cleaning up afterward.

I bought a bed frame and it's just what I wanted. Super easy to assemble and looks great. Shipping was quick, and I love the eco-friendly materials they use. Very satisfied!

I had to return a lamp that arrived damaged. The process was so frustrating, took ages to get a response from their support. I expected better from a company like this. I don't think I'll shop here again.

The furniture is nice, but customer service could improve a lot. I had some questions about my order and it took days to get a response. My coffee table arrived in good condition, but I'm just annoyed at how long it took to get any help.

I bought a dining table and it’s beautiful, really well made. The only downside is the price I feel like I could’ve found something similar for less. Still, I’m satisfied overall.

I purchased a bed frame that looked great online but was disappointing when it arrived. It wobbles and feels flimsy. On top of that, the delivery was late and I had to keep contacting customer service for updates. It’s a real shame because I had high hopes for Room & Board. Overall, I expected better quality for the price.

Ordered a dining table that looked great online, but the quality wasn't what I expected. It's not sturdy at all, and I was so excited to finally set it up. On top of that, it took longer than expected to arrive. It's fine, but I won't be ordering from here again.

I bought a sectional couch that was supposed to be top-notch, but it's already squeaking after a few weeks. The design is lovely and it fits my living room perfectly, but I expected it to be more durable based on the reviews I read before buying. Not impressed with the customer service either when I reached out about my concerns. Overall, I wish I had chosen a different store for such a big purchase.
