Ordered a new vacuum cleaner and was super excited, but it was supposed to arrive last week and never did. I checked my email, but there was no update. I finally called customer service and they told me it was delayed but offered no real explanation. Really took the excitement out of shopping.

I placed an order for a nice pair of shoes, and while I got confirmation, they never showed up. I reached out to customer support and they told me there was a 'technical issue' but didn't offer any solution. Felt like I was just ignored.

John Lewis has been reliable for the most part. Good quality stuff and returns are easy. Just had one instance where the item wasn't in stock despite showing available online. A little frustrating.
