Needs improvement!

I had a mixed experience with John Lewis. The app kept crashing while I was trying to make my order. Finally got through, but it was stressful, and that’s not what I expect.

Customer Support Needs Help

Mixed Experience Overall

Decent, but could be better.

The items I ordered took a bit longer to arrive than expected. Also, there were a couple of small issues with the order that took time to sort out. Friendly customer service, though.

Decent Quality Items

Now that I have my new furniture, I can say quality is decent! The delivery was a bit delayed, but it arrived in good shape. I appreciate the options available but would like better updates on delivery.

Super disappointed!

Lost my money on a blender that never showed up. They say I have to wait for a refund, which is ridiculous. Really upset with this whole process.
