Quality items, but shipping issues
Great place for home goods! I ordered a kettle which is fantastic. But the delivery took nearly a week when it was supposed to be just a couple of days. Overall, I'm happy though.

Solid experience overall
I've had a good run with John Lewis. The products are nice, I've ordered a few home items. One time my order was missing a part, but the support sorted it out quickly.

Mostly good, but...
Had a good experience buying a washing machine, but the delivery was a bit late. They did keep me updated, so can't complain too much.

Good, but had a hiccup.
I bought a new sofa and while the delivery was prompt, the delivery crew forgot to take the old one away. They fixed it quickly, but it was a bit annoying.

Good products, but delivery could be better
I've bought several items from John Lewis and they've all been good quality. However, my last order took longer to arrive than expected, which was a bit annoying.

Mostly happy with my orders
John Lewis has been reliable for the most part. Good quality stuff and returns are easy. Just had one instance where the item wasn't in stock despite showing available online. A little frustrating.

Nice selection, average service
I like the range of products at John Lewis. Their customer support was helpful when I had questions, but the checkout process felt a bit clunky. Still, I'd shop here again.

Mostly good, but some issues
