Ok but has issues

I had a decent experience but the checkout process was a bit glitchy. It took a couple of tries to get my payment through. Not the worst, but definitely not smooth.

Not great, could be better

Shoes were nice but took longer than expected to arrive. Also, the tracking link led nowhere. I think I’ll try another site next time.

Frustrating Returns Process

I bought a jacket that was the wrong size, and returning it has been a headache. The instructions were unclear and it took forever for them to process my refund. I did appreciate the variety in styles, but the hassle of returning has made me hesitant to shop again.

Need Improvement on Communication

I ordered a set of kitchen utensils, but received the wrong items. It took multiple emails to get a response from customer service. They eventually sent the right ones, but it’s disappointing how they handle these situations.

Not Happy with Purchase

The blender I got is okay, but it’s not very powerful. I expected more for the price I paid. Customer service isn’t very responsive either, which is a bummer.

Disappointed with the service

I ordered a coffee maker two weeks ago with express shipping, but it never arrived. Customer service was unhelpful and claimed they couldn't track my order. I ended up buying the same machine from another store. Really frustrating experience.

Delivery Issues and Wrong Item

Ordered some lights for my living room, but they sent me the wrong color. Delivery was late too. It really messed up my plans for the weekend. You'd think they'd check orders before sending them.

Never received my order

I placed an order for a nice pair of shoes, and while I got confirmation, they never showed up. I reached out to customer support and they told me there was a 'technical issue' but didn't offer any solution. Felt like I was just ignored.

Not bad but not excellent

Got what I ordered but the size was wrong. Customer support took a while to get back to me, but they did help with the return. Just felt like I had to chase them up.
