Terrible Service and Delivery

I ordered a coffee maker and it arrived damaged. I tried calling customer service, but got stuck in a long queue. It's frustrating when you expect quality and get this.

Buying was easy, but not perfect

Shopping online was simple and the prices are good. However, delivery was late and the box was damaged when it arrived. Overall, I guess I had a so-so experience.

Lack of Communication on Delay

Ordered a new vacuum cleaner and was super excited, but it was supposed to arrive last week and never did. I checked my email, but there was no update. I finally called customer service and they told me it was delayed but offered no real explanation. Really took the excitement out of shopping.
