Quality items, but shipping issues

Great place for home goods! I ordered a kettle which is fantastic. But the delivery took nearly a week when it was supposed to be just a couple of days. Overall, I'm happy though.

Ok but has issues

I had a decent experience but the checkout process was a bit glitchy. It took a couple of tries to get my payment through. Not the worst, but definitely not smooth.

Solid experience overall

I've had a good run with John Lewis. The products are nice, I've ordered a few home items. One time my order was missing a part, but the support sorted it out quickly.

Not great, could be better

Shoes were nice but took longer than expected to arrive. Also, the tracking link led nowhere. I think I’ll try another site next time.

Needs improvement!

Not Happy with Purchase

Disappointed with the service

Delivery Issues and Wrong Item
