Terrible Experience!
I was excited to order some of their exclusive products but was extremely let down. My package arrived damaged, and when I tried to contact them, I got no useful responses. They really need to get their act together on quality control and customer care.

Just average
I expected a bit more honestly. My order of supplements was delivered on time, but I had some issues with payment processing. Took a while to resolve it and the response from their support was kinda lackluster. I think I might try other options next time.

Not what I expected

Mixed feelings about dm
There were some good deals, but my order arrived damaged. They did offer to replace it, which was nice, but overall it was a hassle.

Super disappointed
I placed an order over two weeks ago and still no sign of it. The tracking information is not updating, and calling customer service was a waste of time. Seriously 1 star for the hassle.

A Big Letdown
The products were decent, but the delivery was so late I couldn't use what I bought for my project. Plus, getting in touch with their support was a struggle. I wish they would improve their service.

Avoid if you can
I had high hopes for this store, but my experience was far from good. The website was down for hours when I was trying to place an order, and when I finally did, half the items were out of stock! Just a mess all around.

Not Happy at All
I had the worst experience shopping here. My order was completely wrong and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to fix it. This was my first time trying dm, and I won't be coming back if this is how they handle things.

Customer Support Issues
I tried reaching out to customer support because my order was incomplete. It took forever to get a response through their chat. I ended up having to wait over 48 hours for a reply, and by then I could've just purchased the missing items elsewhere.

Decent but not fantastic
Their website is easy to navigate, but there were a couple of times when my orders were incorrect. Customer service was helpful though, so that was a plus.

Unreliable Service

Great selection!
I really love their organic skincare line. Great products! Only downside is sometimes the checkout process can be a bit slow.
