Awful Ordering Process
Ordering was a mess! I couldn’t checkout because the site kept glitching, which wasted a lot of my time. I’m really not impressed with how things work around here.

My order says it's delivered but I never got it. I've checked with neighbors and no one has it, and the support team just keeps telling me to wait. This is ridiculous, I'm really disappointed!

My last experience was horrific! I ordered several items, and they arrived damaged. I was promised a replacement, but it took ages to resolve. Customer service kept saying they were busy what's the point if they can't manage orders properly?

I'm really annoyed with dm. They canceled my order without informing me first, and their customer support isn't helping at all. It's like talking to a wall. I had to give them my money back request, but they just kept saying it would take time. Wasted my whole weekend waiting!

After my last order debacle, I feel completely turned off by dm. The products I received were wrong and the support team was slow and unhelpful. Such a waste of time, and my money!
