Awful Ordering Process
Ordering was a mess! I couldn’t checkout because the site kept glitching, which wasted a lot of my time. I’m really not impressed with how things work around here.

Order lost in transit
My order says it's delivered but I never got it. I've checked with neighbors and no one has it, and the support team just keeps telling me to wait. This is ridiculous, I'm really disappointed!

Awful experience
My last experience was horrific! I ordered several items, and they arrived damaged. I was promised a replacement, but it took ages to resolve. Customer service kept saying they were busy what's the point if they can't manage orders properly?

Terrible service and delays
I ordered some skincare products a week ago and they haven't even shipped yet. When I tried to contact support, they just sent me an automated response. Very frustrating experience, won't shop here again.

Not impressed

Absolutely useless
I'm really annoyed with dm. They canceled my order without informing me first, and their customer support isn't helping at all. It's like talking to a wall. I had to give them my money back request, but they just kept saying it would take time. Wasted my whole weekend waiting!

Terrible Experience!
I was excited to order some of their exclusive products but was extremely let down. My package arrived damaged, and when I tried to contact them, I got no useful responses. They really need to get their act together on quality control and customer care.

Super disappointed
I placed an order over two weeks ago and still no sign of it. The tracking information is not updating, and calling customer service was a waste of time. Seriously 1 star for the hassle.

A Big Letdown
The products were decent, but the delivery was so late I couldn't use what I bought for my project. Plus, getting in touch with their support was a struggle. I wish they would improve their service.

Not Happy at All
I had the worst experience shopping here. My order was completely wrong and I couldn't get ahold of anyone to fix it. This was my first time trying dm, and I won't be coming back if this is how they handle things.

Unreliable Service

Don't recommend this shop
I thought eco-friendly products from dm would be great, but had the worst time with my last order. The package came late, and when I tried to return something, the process was confusing and took too long to figure out. Not going back.

Terrible customer service

Never shopping here again
After my last order debacle, I feel completely turned off by dm. The products I received were wrong and the support team was slow and unhelpful. Such a waste of time, and my money!
