Awful Ordering Process
Ordering was a mess! I couldn’t checkout because the site kept glitching, which wasted a lot of my time. I’m really not impressed with how things work around here.

Decent but not great

Not impressed at all

Order lost in transit
My order says it's delivered but I never got it. I've checked with neighbors and no one has it, and the support team just keeps telling me to wait. This is ridiculous, I'm really disappointed!

Awful experience
My last experience was horrific! I ordered several items, and they arrived damaged. I was promised a replacement, but it took ages to resolve. Customer service kept saying they were busy what's the point if they can't manage orders properly?

Okay experience
Had a decent experience shopping on dm's site. Found some good deals but the site was a bit slow to load at times. My shipment arrived as planned, but I didn't get any updates on it which was frustrating. Not bad, but not great either.

Disappointed with Delivery

Mixed feelings about my order

Frustrated with the Return Process
I ordered several items for my home but found that most of them didn't fit what I needed. First, the return process was confusing and their return label was hard to find. When I actually sent it back, it took forever to get my refund processed. I'm really frustrated with how this went and it's such a hassle.

Terrible service and delays

Absolutely useless
I'm really annoyed with dm. They canceled my order without informing me first, and their customer support isn't helping at all. It's like talking to a wall. I had to give them my money back request, but they just kept saying it would take time. Wasted my whole weekend waiting!
