Decent but not great
I like the variety they have but the website is a bit confusing to navigate. My last order took longer than expected to arrive. Not sure if I’ll shop here again.

Okay experience
Had a decent experience shopping on dm's site. Found some good deals but the site was a bit slow to load at times. My shipment arrived as planned, but I didn't get any updates on it which was frustrating. Not bad, but not great either.

Not bad but frustrating
Had some decent products, but the checkout process was a mess. Support was responsive but still, I had to reach out after my order didn’t go through properly.

Mixed feelings about my order
I ordered some skincare products a few weeks ago. The delivery took longer than expected, about 10 days. The products are nice but the customer service was pretty unhelpful when I tried to ask about my order status. Overall, it's just okay.

Some items are good, but trying to get in touch with customer service was a nightmare. They really need to improve that.

It's okay, I guess
Found a few things I liked, but checkout was slow. I had some issues with my payment, and support wasn't very quick to help. Wouldn’t rush back.

Just average
I expected a bit more honestly. My order of supplements was delivered on time, but I had some issues with payment processing. Took a while to resolve it and the response from their support was kinda lackluster. I think I might try other options next time.

Mixed feelings about dm
There were some good deals, but my order arrived damaged. They did offer to replace it, which was nice, but overall it was a hassle.

Decent but not fantastic
Their website is easy to navigate, but there were a couple of times when my orders were incorrect. Customer service was helpful though, so that was a plus.

Great selection!
I really love their organic skincare line. Great products! Only downside is sometimes the checkout process can be a bit slow.
