Don't recommend this shop
I thought eco-friendly products from dm would be great, but had the worst time with my last order. The package came late, and when I tried to return something, the process was confusing and took too long to figure out. Not going back.

Terrible customer service
I've tried contacting dm multiple times about my order, but I can't get anyone to help me. My delivery was late and nobody responded to my messages. So frustrating!

Not what I expected
The delivery came, but it wasn't anything like what I ordered. Items were missing and the quality of what I received was subpar. I just hoped for better through their website.

Never shopping here again
After my last order debacle, I feel completely turned off by dm. The products I received were wrong and the support team was slow and unhelpful. Such a waste of time, and my money!
