I really like Citi's online banking options. The mobile app is straightforward and makes transactions easy. I also appreciate their rewards program, specifically for travel, which I utilize frequently. My only complaint is that sometimes the customer service wait times can be a bit long. I'd rate them 4 out of 5 for sure.

I've been a Citi customer for a few years now. Their service is mostly great and the app is super convenient. Just wish their fees weren't quite so high on certain accounts.

I’ve had my checking account with Citi for a bit. I appreciate the security features, but they do need to improve their tech support. Once I had an issue with my mobile deposit and it took too long to resolve.

Citi has its ups and downs. I mostly use it for online shopping and love the cashback features, but I've faced issues with missing transactions before. Their support team is usually decent, but when I had a serious issue, they took too long to get back to me.

Using Citi for my savings account has been a good experience. The interest rates aren't the best, but the online tools are handy and easy to navigate. Just wish they had better promotional rates sometimes.

I’ve been using Citi for a couple of years now, and it mostly works well for me. The app is pretty user-friendly, and I like the cash back options on my credit card. However, I did have an experience where my transfer took longer than expected, which was annoying. Overall, a good option, just with a couple of hiccups.

I tried to open an account but the support was unhelpful. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get a simple question answered. Wouldn't recommend.

Using Citi for a while and it’s decent. Like the online features, pretty easy to check my balance and manage payments. Also got a good credit limit on my card. But there were odd moments where my transactions didn’t go through. It wasn’t a huge deal for me but could be improved.

Citi has some good banking options, but their fees can be annoying. I opened a checking account and found out I have to maintain a certain balance to avoid monthly fees. Just wish they were more upfront about that.

Overall, my experience with Citi has been good. The app works well and I love the rewards program. but I had a bit of a wait when I visited the branch last week. Just a minor hiccup, but it could get better.

I recently got a Citi credit card and it's been smooth sailing. The sign-up bonus was nice, and I love the flexibility with payments. My only gripe is their customer service response times can be slow.
