Good Overall, But Watch Out for Fees
Citi has served me well for a few years now. The online banking platform works great. However, I feel like they have a lot of hidden fees. Just be sure to read the fine print.

Not Impressed
After signing up for an account, the verification process was a hassle. I had to provide too many documents and it took forever to finalize everything. I probably won't recommend it to my friends.

Happy with My Choice
Been using Citi for my credit card and it's been a great experience. I like the app and how I can pay my bills easily. All in all, a solid bank!

Disappointing Service
I applied for a credit card and it took ages to get approved. Their communication was lacking, and I felt left in the dark about my application status. Not what I expected from such a large bank.

So Far, So Good

Mostly Good but

Hit or Miss
Some transactions go through fast, while others lag. I want to trust them more but it’s hard. Last week, I tried to withdraw cash and my card wouldn’t work in two ATMs. Really frustrating experience. Might reconsider banking with them if it keeps happening.

Reliable Bank

Horrible Service
Had issues with a wire transfer that took over a week. The support team didn’t provide any useful updates, and I was left hanging. I lost money because of this delay. I'm actually considering filing a complaint.

Long wait times

Frustrating Experience
I attempted to set up a joint account with my partner and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff seemed confused about their procedures, and we were given conflicting info each time we called. It took weeks to get it resolved and by the time we did, I wasn't even sure it was worth it.

Pretty Solid Service
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with Citi. Their credit card rewards are great, and the cashback program has saved me some money. Just wish they had more branches nearby, but it's all manageable with online banking.
