Not Impressed

After signing up for an account, the verification process was a hassle. I had to provide too many documents and it took forever to finalize everything. I probably won't recommend it to my friends.

Difficult experience with Citi

My experience with Citi has not been great. The online banking is confusing and I couldn’t even find my transaction history easily.

Disappointing Service

I applied for a credit card and it took ages to get approved. Their communication was lacking, and I felt left in the dark about my application status. Not what I expected from such a large bank.

Frustrated with limits

Overall, I thought Citi was a solid option, but I got blocked out of my account for no reason. The limit they placed was frustrating when I tried to make transfers.

Long wait times

Customer support is not very responsive. I waited over an hour just to get my issue resolved. While the reps are polite, it's not what I expected.

Frustrating Experience

I attempted to set up a joint account with my partner and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff seemed confused about their procedures, and we were given conflicting info each time we called. It took weeks to get it resolved and by the time we did, I wasn't even sure it was worth it.

Disappointed with Their Fees

Terrible customer service

Frustrating and Slow

I tried to convert some currencies for my travel, but the rates were awful. On top of that, the online platform kept freezing during my attempts. I ended up having to call in for help, which took way too long. It's really disappointing because I expected a better experience from such a big bank.

Disappointing Experience

I had a lot of trouble with my recent credit card application. The verification process took forever, and I had to call customer service multiple times just to check the status. Each time I called, the representatives seemed confused and unhelpful. Honestly, it felt more like a run-around than anything else. Very frustrating.
