Hit or Miss
Some transactions go through fast, while others lag. I want to trust them more but it’s hard. Last week, I tried to withdraw cash and my card wouldn’t work in two ATMs. Really frustrating experience. Might reconsider banking with them if it keeps happening.

Average Banking, Could Be Better
Citi has its ups and downs. I mostly use it for online shopping and love the cashback features, but I've faced issues with missing transactions before. Their support team is usually decent, but when I had a serious issue, they took too long to get back to me.

Mixed feelings
I've been using Citi for a while now, and it's been okay. The interest rates on savings are not the best, and I had some issues with unexpected fees. Not terrible, but I'm looking into other options just in case.

Satisfactory Banking Experience
Using Citi for my savings account has been a good experience. The interest rates aren't the best, but the online tools are handy and easy to navigate. Just wish they had better promotional rates sometimes.

Decent But Room for Improvement
Citi has some good banking options, but their fees can be annoying. I opened a checking account and found out I have to maintain a certain balance to avoid monthly fees. Just wish they were more upfront about that.

Mixed Feelings
The app is easy to navigate but I've faced issues with international transfers. Sometimes the fees can be high, especially with currency conversion. Overall, I think they have potential, but some things need fixing.

Decent Banking Experience

Mixed Feelings About Citi
I've been using Citi for a while, and honestly, my experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster. The app is easy to use, but their customer service can be hit or miss. Once I waited on hold for nearly an hour just to sort out a charge. Not great.

Mediocre Service, Needs Improvement
I opened a savings account a few months back, but the interest rates are surprisingly low compared to other banks. Plus, I encountered several issues with their online banking interface it just feels outdated. I want to love Citi, but these little things really put a damper on my experience.

Okay, but Can Improve
Had problems with my debit card getting blocked unexpectedly. I had to call customer service a few times to sort it out. They were polite and helped me, but such issues shouldn't happen.
