I've been using Citi for a while, and honestly, my experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster. The app is easy to use, but their customer service can be hit or miss. Once I waited on hold for nearly an hour just to sort out a charge. Not great.

I tried to convert some currencies for my travel, but the rates were awful. On top of that, the online platform kept freezing during my attempts. I ended up having to call in for help, which took way too long. It's really disappointing because I expected a better experience from such a big bank.

Citi provides pretty solid banking services. I opened a savings account and the interest rates are decent. Just had to call customer support a couple of times, but they were helpful.

I've been using Citi for a couple of years now. Their mobile app is pretty intuitive, and transferring funds is usually quick. Just wish the customer service was a bit more responsive during peak hours.

I opened a savings account a few months back, but the interest rates are surprisingly low compared to other banks. Plus, I encountered several issues with their online banking interface it just feels outdated. I want to love Citi, but these little things really put a damper on my experience.

I had a lot of trouble with my recent credit card application. The verification process took forever, and I had to call customer service multiple times just to check the status. Each time I called, the representatives seemed confused and unhelpful. Honestly, it felt more like a run-around than anything else. Very frustrating.

Had problems with my debit card getting blocked unexpectedly. I had to call customer service a few times to sort it out. They were polite and helped me, but such issues shouldn't happen.
