Good, but a few hiccups.

I Am Not Happy

Awful Customer Support

I was waiting for a simple transfer approval for over a week. The app kept crashing, and I couldn't get any proper answers from customer support. Also, I was charged fees that I wasn't aware of. It’s unacceptable for a bank to treat customers like this.

Decent but not without flaws

Not What I Expected

Tried to open an account online, took forever. The process kept freezing, and I ended up having to call support anyway. The person on the line was nice, but it wasted so much time. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Decent banking experience

Banking with BBVA has been pretty good. Their mobile app is easy to use and I've never had any issues transferring money. Only downside was the limited ATM locations.

Disappointing Service

The mobile app isn't user-friendly, and their customer support's response times are way too long. I was promised a callback about my issue, but I never got one. Extremely dissatisfied.

Too many issues lately.

It seems like every week there’s new problems with my account. Transfers don’t go through and I’m constantly getting locked out of the app. Really need things to improve.

Absolutely love it!

Mixed feelings about BBVA

Pretty good, but a small issue.

I've had a great time with BBVA overall, but there was one time when my card got blocked during a trip. It took a while to get it unblocked. Just a small hiccup in an otherwise smooth experience.

Dissatisfied with service.
