Mixed feelings about it

I've experienced delays with transactions a couple of times. Not a huge fan of the overdraft fees either. It's okay but definitely not the best out there.

Amazing banking experience!

I've been with BBVA for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier. The app is super user-friendly and their customer service is always quick to help. Transferred money to my friend in minutes. Definitely recommend!

Just okay overall

BBVA is alright, but their customer service needs to step up. I waited a long time to get help regarding my account. I haven't lost faith but it’s not stellar.

Great banking experience!

Disappointed with service.

Had a problem with my account and spent over an hour on hold. The representative couldn't even help me fix it right away. I'm really frustrated with the support.

Good bank with some minor glitches

I like banking with BBVA, but I've noticed small issues here and there. Customer support could be quicker sometimes. Overall, they do a solid job but there's room for improvement.

Best banking experience ever!

BBVA has totally changed my view on banks. I switched to them after getting tired of my old bank's fees and poor service. I love the low costs and easy app. It's been a pleasure to manage my finances with them.

Frustrating Banking Experience

I tried to make a transfer last week, and it took forever to process. I ended up missing an important payment because of this delay. The app kept crashing too, just awful.

BBVA has its good days and bad days. Some transactions go through smoothly while others take too long. I still haven’t gotten used to it.

Awful Customer Support

Almost perfect!

Too Many Issues
