I Am Not Happy

Awful Customer Support

I was waiting for a simple transfer approval for over a week. The app kept crashing, and I couldn't get any proper answers from customer support. Also, I was charged fees that I wasn't aware of. It’s unacceptable for a bank to treat customers like this.

Disappointing Service

The mobile app isn't user-friendly, and their customer support's response times are way too long. I was promised a callback about my issue, but I never got one. Extremely dissatisfied.

Bitter Experience with BBVA

I opened an account last month, and my initial funds were frozen without explanation. Customer support was useless, no clear answers at all. Definitely not impressed.
