Mixed feelings about it
I've experienced delays with transactions a couple of times. Not a huge fan of the overdraft fees either. It's okay but definitely not the best out there.

Just okay overall
BBVA is alright, but their customer service needs to step up. I waited a long time to get help regarding my account. I haven't lost faith but it’s not stellar.

Mixed feelings...
BBVA has its good days and bad days. Some transactions go through smoothly while others take too long. I still haven’t gotten used to it.

Not bad, but could be better
I've had a few rough patches with customer service. Sometimes it's hard to get through to someone who can help. Overall decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

Mixed feelings about BBVA
BBVA is alright, but I faced some issues with the mobile app crashing a few times. I love the features, but I hope they can fix those bugs soon.
