Good bank with some minor glitches
I like banking with BBVA, but I've noticed small issues here and there. Customer support could be quicker sometimes. Overall, they do a solid job but there's room for improvement.

Happy with my choice
Switched to BBVA and I’m satisfied. They have a solid app and mobile check deposit works flawless. Just wish they had more branches around.

Almost perfect!
I really like BBVA and how easily I can manage my accounts, but I wish there were more branches. Sometimes it feels a bit frustrating when I need to visit in person.

Good, but a few hiccups.

Decent but not without flaws
I've had BBVA for some months now. It’s okay, but I find the loan approval process a bit slow. The rates are good, but the waiting time could really use some work.

Solid bank for basics

Decent banking experience
Banking with BBVA has been pretty good. Their mobile app is easy to use and I've never had any issues transferring money. Only downside was the limited ATM locations.

Pretty good, but a small issue.
I've had a great time with BBVA overall, but there was one time when my card got blocked during a trip. It took a while to get it unblocked. Just a small hiccup in an otherwise smooth experience.
