Not what I expected
I had high hopes after reading reviews, but my order took way longer than promised, and when it finally got here, the shoes didn't fit right. Disappointing overall.

Wished for better service
I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer service. They were really slow to respond, and when they did, it didn’t help much. I ended up sorting it out myself, but it shouldn't have been that way.
