I like the app, but it crashes sometimes. The support was helpful when I reached them, but I don't think it's enough to keep me.

Perfectly happy with Vodafone
I've been using Vodafone for over a year and it’s been nothing short of fantastic. The signal is always strong, and the customer service has been super helpful when I needed them. Really recommend!

Great Mobile Data
I've been with Vodafone for a few years now and I really like the mobile data speeds. Just upgraded my plan and the rep was fantastic. No complaints here, would recommend!

Worst Customer Support Ever
I had a terrible experience with Vodafone's customer service. I called about my bill and they just kept transferring me. After 45 minutes on hold, I hung up. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Lack of transparency
They charge for things I didn't sign up for. I've had to check my bill three times just this month.

Decent but Room for Improvement
Vodafone is okay but definitely has some downsides. The customer service could be faster at times, and I've faced some unexpected charges that I had to call and sort out. Not unhappy, but I expected better.

Almost perfect!
Overall, I'm happy with Vodafone. My only issue is with the customer service wait times. They can be pretty long. But the plan I have is great value.
