Decent but could be better

Vodafone does the job for the most part. Data speed is fast, but sometimes I experience dropped calls. It’s pretty annoying when you're in a conversation. Overall okay but needs improvement.

Mixed feelings about Vodafone

Coverage is decent, but support needs work. I had an issue with my Internet connection, and it took ages to get through to someone who could help.

Average Experience

I switched to Vodafone a few months back. While the signal is decent, I've had a couple of annoying issues with my billing. Took a while to sort it out. Not the worst, but not great either.

Mixed feelings

Vodafone has a good network but my last experience was kinda disappointing. It took ages to get through to customer support when I had a billing question. I liked the service before, hoping it’s just a one-time thing.

Decent, but not mind-blowing

Vodafone is okay, but nothing special. Had some confusing experiences with their support related to my plan. Getting help was a bit of a hassle, to be honest.

Decent but Room for Improvement

Vodafone is okay but definitely has some downsides. The customer service could be faster at times, and I've faced some unexpected charges that I had to call and sort out. Not unhappy, but I expected better.
