Horrible Experience with Billing

I bought a new phone and everything seemed fine at first, but then my bill came. It's way higher than what I was told, and when I asked why, they couldn't give me a straight answer. The rep I spoke to acted like it was my fault. Very frustrating and honestly, I'm thinking about switching to another provider.

Awful customer service

Worst Customer Support Ever

I had a terrible experience with Vodafone's customer service. I called about my bill and they just kept transferring me. After 45 minutes on hold, I hung up. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
