Some good, some bad

I had a good experience getting my phone replaced quickly, but they seriously need to improve how they handle billing issues. It feels like a guess every month.

Frustrated but not completely disappointed

The promo deals seemed great, but I didn’t get any of them. Customer service was confusing too, but at least the data speeds are okay.

Disappointed with Service

I've been with Vodafone for over a year now, and I'm really frustrated. My signal drops all the time, especially in my area of London, and I've had to contact support multiple times. Each time they say they'll fix it but nothing changes. I even tried switching to a different plan, thinking that might help, but it's still the same. Overall, it's just disappointing.

Could be better

I like the app, but it crashes sometimes. The support was helpful when I reached them, but I don't think it's enough to keep me.
