Mixed feelings

Vodafone has a good network but my last experience was kinda disappointing. It took ages to get through to customer support when I had a billing question. I liked the service before, hoping it’s just a one-time thing.

Good experience so far

Reliable but not perfect

I like Vodafone's coverage, it's really solid in my area. But I've had a couple of times when my internet was down for hours, which was frustrating. Still, they fixed it eventually.

Best service I've had!

Switching to Vodafone was a great decision. Their coverage is solid and I hardly face any dropped calls. Data speeds are fantastic, especially 5G. Highly recommend!

Decent, but not mind-blowing

Vodafone is okay, but nothing special. Had some confusing experiences with their support related to my plan. Getting help was a bit of a hassle, to be honest.

Good service with a small issue

I've been with Vodafone for a while now and mostly it’s great. The signal is strong and I rarely have issues, but my last bill had an extra fee that I didn't expect. Customer service sorted it quickly though.

Horrible Experience with Billing

I bought a new phone and everything seemed fine at first, but then my bill came. It's way higher than what I was told, and when I asked why, they couldn't give me a straight answer. The rep I spoke to acted like it was my fault. Very frustrating and honestly, I'm thinking about switching to another provider.

Disappointed with Service

I've been with Vodafone for over a year now, and I'm really frustrated. My signal drops all the time, especially in my area of London, and I've had to contact support multiple times. Each time they say they'll fix it but nothing changes. I even tried switching to a different plan, thinking that might help, but it's still the same. Overall, it's just disappointing.

Good service overall

I've been with Vodafone for a year now and generally happy with the service. The network is solid and customer support is pretty decent. Just wish my signal was better in some areas.

Love My New Plan!

Satisfactory experience

Mostly satisfied

It’s been mostly a good experience with Vodafone. The plans are reasonably priced and I appreciate the unlimited data option. Just once the customer support was slower than I expected, but otherwise all good.

Enjoying my plan
