Could be better
I tried to buy tickets for a rock concert, but the website kept crashing. Got them eventually, but it was super frustrating. I expected more reliability.

Tickets arrived late
Delivery was off, tickets came later than expected. So many fees involved as well. But overall, the concert was awesome!

A mixed bag of feelings

Could be better
Overall, I found Ticketmaster just okay. I had issues with my mobile ticket not showing up until right before the event. It's stressful! I'll give them another shot, but it's frustrating.

Not bad, but can improve

Mixed feelings
Bought tickets for a festival, but ended up with seats further back than I expected. Customer support didn’t help much, they just said it’s all based on availability. A little disappointed.

Mixed Experience
I bought tickets for a concert, but the whole process was a bit confusing. The seating chart wasn't clear, and I ended up a lot farther back than I wanted. But at least the event was great!
