Could be better

Ended up missing the event because the confirmation email never arrived. Trying to contact them was useless too. Won’t use Ticketmaster again.

Easy to use, but fees are a bit much
I’ve used Ticketmaster a few times and it's pretty straightforward. Booking my concert tickets was a breeze. Just wish the service fees weren’t so high, they kinda sting.

Tickets arrived late
Delivery was off, tickets came later than expected. So many fees involved as well. But overall, the concert was awesome!

Reliable but pricey
Used Ticketmaster for a Broadway show. Great selections of tickets but they seriously overcharged on fees. Still, the seats were amazing, so it made up for it a bit.

Not bad!

Issues with Ticket Transfer
I had a hard time transferring my tickets to a friend. The app wasn't working, and I ended up calling support for help. They were polite but it took hours to resolve the problem, which ruined our plans to go together. Not impressed with this service at all!

Terrible experience with tickets
I bought tickets for a concert through Ticketmaster and it was a total disaster. The site crashed during the purchase, and my order went through, but I never got my tickets. Customer service was unresponsive, and I lost a lot of money. I can't believe how poorly they handled everything!

Good selection of events
I like that Ticketmaster has a vast array of events to choose from. I bought tickets for a hockey game and the process was smooth. Just had a small hiccup resetting my password, but customer service helped quickly.

Good experience overall
