I bought tickets for a concert through Ticketmaster and it was a total disaster. The site crashed during the purchase, and my order went through, but I never got my tickets. Customer service was unresponsive, and I lost a lot of money. I can't believe how poorly they handled everything!

The app was confusing and didn’t show my tickets properly. I had to call support and they were friendly, but really it shouldn’t have been that difficult.
