So frustrating
Ended up missing the event because the confirmation email never arrived. Trying to contact them was useless too. Won’t use Ticketmaster again.

I had a hard time transferring my tickets to a friend. The app wasn't working, and I ended up calling support for help. They were polite but it took hours to resolve the problem, which ruined our plans to go together. Not impressed with this service at all!

Tickets came on time for the concert, but I faced issues with the app not showing my tickets initially. I panicked and thought I was scammed, but customer support was decent and I got everything sorted out before the event. The fees were also quite high; I didn’t realize how much additional cost there would be.
