So frustrating
Ended up missing the event because the confirmation email never arrived. Trying to contact them was useless too. Won’t use Ticketmaster again.

Issues with Ticket Transfer
I had a hard time transferring my tickets to a friend. The app wasn't working, and I ended up calling support for help. They were polite but it took hours to resolve the problem, which ruined our plans to go together. Not impressed with this service at all!

Frustrating at best
Tickets were hard to find, then the checkout crashed. I ended up having to start over and losing my spot in line. Really annoying.

Not so great
Awful experience with the app, just doesn’t work right. Had to reload multiple times to find my tickets. Not impressed.

Not the best, but okay
Tickets came on time for the concert, but I faced issues with the app not showing my tickets initially. I panicked and thought I was scammed, but customer support was decent and I got everything sorted out before the event. The fees were also quite high; I didn’t realize how much additional cost there would be.

Not user-friendly
Navigating the site was a nightmare. It kept logging me out while I was trying to buy tickets. Lost my seats due to their buggy system.

Disappointed with the service

Not impressed
I had a rough time with Ticketmaster. The ticket I bought had a seating error and customer support was slow to respond. Really disappointing experience. I expected way more for the price I paid.

Disappointed with Ticketmaster
I bought tickets for a concert, but they don’t provide clear info about fees. The extra charges added so much to the bill, it’s frustrating. I expected better transparency.
