Decent experience overall
Got my tickets for a music festival and everything went well. The app is user-friendly. Only downside was I noticed the prices fluctuated quite a bit. Still, I’m happy with my purchase.

Good selection, but high fees
I like the variety of events available, but the service fees are outrageous. Feels like I'm paying more in fees than for the actual tickets.

Decent but not perfect

Pretty good experience
Overall, I liked using Ticketmaster. Got good seats for a concert, but the fees were a bit high. Still, I liked how user-friendly the interface is.

Mixed Experience
I bought tickets for a concert, but the whole process was a bit confusing. The seating chart wasn't clear, and I ended up a lot farther back than I wanted. But at least the event was great!

Not impressed
I had a rough time with Ticketmaster. The ticket I bought had a seating error and customer support was slow to respond. Really disappointing experience. I expected way more for the price I paid.

Disappointed with Ticketmaster
