Solid platform overall

SimplePractice exceeds my expectations! Navigating the software is mostly intuitive, and the client portal adds a lot of value. It helped me cut down on no-shows with reminders, which has been great.

It’s okay, can be better

Glad I switched

Impressed with their support!

I recently signed up and had some initial questions. The support team was amazing, they walked me through the setup step by step! My only complaint is the learning curve took a bit longer than I wanted.

Solid choice, with some hiccups

I really enjoy using SimplePractice, but sometimes the app crashes which can be annoying. I think they’re working on updates though. Overall, it’s a solid tool for managing my practice.

Absolutely terrible!

SimplePractice was a nightmare for me. I couldn't even set up my account without running into issues. When I finally got someone on support, they were rude. I won't be coming back.

Good choice for therapists

I've been happy with my experience so far. The appointment reminders and billing are pretty straightforward. One or two minor hiccups, but nothing that made me want to leave.

Not great, not terrible

It does what it’s supposed to, but nothing special. The website feels a bit outdated and slow at times. Could use some modernizing. Might consider switching if it doesn’t improve.

Simplifies so much of my work!

I've been really impressed with SimplePractice! The telehealth function works like a charm and really helps during these times. It saves me a lot of paperwork and the client feedback has been positive. I only wish there were more customization options for reports.

Mixed feelings

Very pleased with the service

SimplePractice has simplified my practice so much! The electronic claim filing is quick and my clients are also happy with the user-friendly client portal. I had a small issue with a late payment but their support was right there to help resolve it quickly.

Pretty good service overall

The automated reminders for clients have been a game-changer for me. However, there are moments when the app lags, particularly during busy hours. It's mostly reliable though.
