Decent but needs tweaks

I appreciate the basic features, but I've had issues with some of the billing errors. I've reached out for help, but it took longer than expected to resolve.

Decent but could be better

I’ve been using SimplePractice for a few months now. It has a lot of useful features, but the client portal can be a bit glitchy. Sometimes it doesn’t send notifications properly, which is frustrating.

Okay, nothing more

SimplePractice works fine for basic tasks, but some functionalities are lacking. I find it frustrating that there isn’t better customization for reporting. I’ll keep using it for now, but not in love.

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings

I like the service, but I’ve faced some trouble with document uploads. Sometimes they just won’t go through, and it can delay my work. I hope they fix this soon.

Decent tool overall

I’ve had a decent experience with SimplePractice. It’s pretty straightforward and most of the time it does what I need. Support is responsive, though I think there’s room for improvement in their tutorials.

Some good, some bad

So I’ve been using SimplePractice for a few months now. The appointment scheduling works well but the reporting tools are lacking. Sometimes it just feels a bit too basic for what I need.

Mixed feelings about the app

While I think the interface is quite user-friendly, I've experienced several issues with the calendar syncing. I contacted support, but it took a while to get a helpful response.

It’s okay, can be better

The platform has some nice features, but I find it a bit clunky at times. It takes a while to load sometimes, and the mobile app could use some improvements.

Good choice for therapists

I've been happy with my experience so far. The appointment reminders and billing are pretty straightforward. One or two minor hiccups, but nothing that made me want to leave.

Not great, not terrible

It does what it’s supposed to, but nothing special. The website feels a bit outdated and slow at times. Could use some modernizing. Might consider switching if it doesn’t improve.

Mixed feelings

It has its pros and cons

I’ve been using SimplePractice for a few months. Honestly, it’s okay. The interface is user-friendly but I wish they had more features for billing. I also had some trouble with calendar syncing, which was annoying.
