Fast and reliable service!

SimplePractice makes everything from billing to scheduling so easy! I love how I can track notes on each client directly in the app. Definitely worth the price.

Decent but needs tweaks

Good overall experience

Pretty happy with SimplePractice. The scheduling feature is super convenient and easy to use. Had a small issue with billing, but customer service helped me solve it quickly. Just need better reporting options.

Decent but could be better

I’ve been using SimplePractice for a few months now. It has a lot of useful features, but the client portal can be a bit glitchy. Sometimes it doesn’t send notifications properly, which is frustrating.

Okay, nothing more

SimplePractice works fine for basic tasks, but some functionalities are lacking. I find it frustrating that there isn’t better customization for reporting. I’ll keep using it for now, but not in love.

Disappointing service

I've tried to set up my account and it was a nightmare. Not user-friendly at all. There was a billing error, and the support team took forever to respond. Very frustrating, I wasn't happy.

Happy with my choice

Love this software!

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings

Decent tool overall

Some good, some bad

Disappointing Experience

I really wanted to like SimplePractice, but it’s been a letdown. The customer service is terrible, they take ages to respond to queries and when they do, it’s not helpful. Plus, I experienced a lot of glitches while using the platform, which has been super frustrating.

Disappointed with Customer Service

I was really excited to try out SimplePractice, especially after hearing good things. But I was let down when I had an issue with billing. I reached out to support, and it took them ages to get back to me. And when they finally did, it felt like they didn’t really listen to my problem. I expected more for the price I paid. Not impressed.

Better than average

Overall, I think SimplePractice is doing a decent job. Customer support was quick when I needed help, and the package is reasonably priced. Just hope they keep improving the interface.
