Good platform for practice

Overall, I’m pretty pleased with SimplePractice. It has a lot of essential features that make it easier to handle appointments and paperwork. Just recently I had a small issue, but support fixed it fast.

Very user-friendly interface

Using SimplePractice has been a pleasure so far. The setup was easy and the resources available for training are really helpful. I did have a billing issue once but they resolved it quickly.

Wonderful experience overall

I’ve been using SimplePractice for over a year now, and it’s been a game changer. The telehealth feature is incredibly easy to use, making remote sessions a breeze. A small feature I wish they’d add is a more customizable reminder system.

Frustrating experience

I was really excited to use SimplePractice but ended up really disappointed. The billing system is complicated, and I had a hard time getting in touch with customer support. It took weeks to resolve my issues, and they were pretty unhelpful throughout.

Not impressed

Honestly, I expected more from SimplePractice. The app crashes often, and trying to navigate through the features feels clunky. I thought it would make my practice easier, but it just added stress.

Disappointed with support

I had an urgent issue and it took forever to get a response from support. I expected better from a paid service. Features are decent but if help isn’t there when needed, what’s the point?
