I had high hopes for Rakuten, but my experience was disappointing. The cashback I expected didn’t show up for weeks, and customer service was slow to respond. I had to follow up multiple times before getting a resolution.

Rakuten offers some of the best deals around. Just bought a new tablet for my husband and got a massive discount! Plus, I made at least $15 cashback on top of that. It’s become my go-to site over the last year.

I had a fantastic experience with Rakuten. I ordered a new laptop sleeve that I needed quickly for a trip, and it arrived in two days. The price was very competitive, and I appreciated the cash back offer, which I didn’t expect! The sleeve fits perfectly and the quality is excellent. I’m really impressed with how smooth everything went.

Rakuten is decent overall. There are good offers and cashback, but I think they need to streamline their platform. It's a bit clunky at times.

I had a problem with my last order where the wrong item got sent. I reached out to Rakuten's support, and honestly, they were fantastic. They sorted it out quickly and even offered me a small credit for my trouble. Rakuten has won my loyalty from now on.

Rakuten is quite good, especially with the variety of products they offer. I’ve ordered several electronics and got some decent cashback. However, the app has been a bit glitchy for me, as it occasionally crashes when I'm browsing. It’s a bummer, but it hasn’t stopped me from shopping there.

Tried using Rakuten for the first time, and I wasn’t impressed. The cash back took forever to credit, and I ended up purchasing something that wasn’t eligible after all. Wouldn’t recommend it.
