Tried Rakuten for the first time and I'm honestly confused. Some transactions went smooth, others didn’t show up. I don't know if I want to keep using it.

Tried using Rakuten for the first time, and I wasn’t impressed. The cash back took forever to credit, and I ended up purchasing something that wasn’t eligible after all. Wouldn’t recommend it.
