Not great, unfortunately
I had high hopes for Rakuten, but my experience was disappointing. The cashback I expected didn’t show up for weeks, and customer service was slow to respond. I had to follow up multiple times before getting a resolution.

Disappointed with Rakuten
I tried using Rakuten and had high hopes, but it was a letdown. The cashback didn't track properly on several orders, and customer service took ages to respond. Not impressed.

Not what I expected
Tried Rakuten for the first time and I'm honestly confused. Some transactions went smooth, others didn’t show up. I don't know if I want to keep using it.

Disappointed with service
Tried using Rakuten for the first time, and I wasn’t impressed. The cash back took forever to credit, and I ended up purchasing something that wasn’t eligible after all. Wouldn’t recommend it.
