Decent, but could improve
I find Rakuten okay for cash back, but it’s not always reliable. Sometimes the offers don’t track, and it’s frustrating. The website is easy to use though, so that’s a plus.

Mixed feelings
I like the idea of Rakuten and the cash back options, but my experiences have been hit or miss. Some transactions work fine, others are a hassle. Just needs better tracking or clearer communication.

It’s okay, nothing special

Meh, it’s just alright
Rakuten is just alright to me. I found some good deals, but the process isn’t smooth. I don't know if I’ll keep using it or look for alternatives.

Decent but room for improvement
Rakuten is decent overall. There are good offers and cashback, but I think they need to streamline their platform. It's a bit clunky at times.

Could work better
Using Rakuten is okay, I've had some wins with cashback, but other orders were a hassle. Just an average experience, not great but not terrible either.
