Good deals, but slow support
Rakuten has great deals on a lot of products, and I use it regularly. I did encounter a delay with my last order though. It took a while before I got a response from customer support when I had a question about my order status. Still, the product was worth the wait and the cash back is always a nice perk!

Best online shopping site
Rakuten is hands down the best site for online shopping! I love how I can stack deals with the cash back offers. My recent purchase of a pair of shoes came with a significant discount plus cash back that was credited after a few days. Delivery was prompt and everything was well-packaged. Highly recommend it!

Good but needs improvement

Decent, but could improve
I find Rakuten okay for cash back, but it’s not always reliable. Sometimes the offers don’t track, and it’s frustrating. The website is easy to use though, so that’s a plus.

Good Deals, Minor Glitches

Great shopping experience!

Mostly good, some hiccups
I like using Rakuten for online shopping. The selection is great, and I genuinely love getting cash back on my purchases. However, my last order took longer than expected to ship. Impressive Returns and Cashback
