Rakuten has great deals on a lot of products, and I use it regularly. I did encounter a delay with my last order though. It took a while before I got a response from customer support when I had a question about my order status. Still, the product was worth the wait and the cash back is always a nice perk!

I've enjoyed shopping on Rakuten for a while now. The cashback offers are solid and it's great to save a bit on my purchases. However, the site could use some updates to improve the overall user experience, especially on mobile.

I usually find great deals on Rakuten, but I had a little issue this week. My order was delayed by a day, but when I contacted customer service, they were really helpful in tracking it down. Overall, I’m still satisfied with their service and will keep using it.

I like using Rakuten for online shopping. The selection is great, and I genuinely love getting cash back on my purchases. However, my last order took longer than expected to ship. I had to reach out to customer support for an update, and while they were helpful, it was annoying to wait. Overall, I’m satisfied but just wish shipping was quicker.

Rakuten is quite good, especially with the variety of products they offer. I’ve ordered several electronics and got some decent cashback. However, the app has been a bit glitchy for me, as it occasionally crashes when I'm browsing. It’s a bummer, but it hasn’t stopped me from shopping there.

I like the variety of stores on Rakuten. The 10% cash back at my favorite online shop was a great deal. Just wish the payment process was faster.
