We've tried several e-signature tools, and PandaDoc stood out with its intuitive design. However, I did have issues with the payment integration at first, which took a couple of days to resolve. Their support team was responsive, which was a plus. Overall, I think it's a good choice, but there’s room for improvement.

PandaDoc isn't bad, but it's not great either. I found the document templates helpful, but the editing tools felt a bit limited. Plus, the pricing is a bit steep for what you get. I had a smooth experience overall, but there are definitely areas they could improve.

I enjoy using PandaDoc for my small business contracts. It saves time and the interface looks nice. But there have been a couple of times where I faced technical issues while trying to send documents, which was frustrating. I would still recommend it, just be aware of some hiccups.

Customer support is slow. I had an urgent issue and waited for ages before I got a reply. The features are decent, but with this support, it's hard to recommend it.

I had high hopes for PandaDoc but ended up really disappointed. The interface is clunky and I ran into so many bugs while trying to create my documents. Customer support took forever to respond, and when they did, they didn’t even solve my issue. Definitely not using this again.
