Worst experience ever
I tried to create a contract and the whole thing just crashed. Had to start from scratch. Absolutely unacceptable for a paid service.

Terrible experience
I really wanted to like PandaDoc, but the interface was so confusing. I couldn't even send a simple document. Customer service didn't help me at all. Gave up and switched to another service.

Frustrating Experience
I had high hopes for PandaDoc but ended up really disappointed. The interface is clunky and I ran into so many bugs while trying to create my documents. Customer support took forever to respond, and when they did, they didn’t even solve my issue. Definitely not using this again.

Not impressed

Disappointed with the service
I had a terrible experience with PandaDoc. The support team was unresponsive when I needed help with my contract. I ended up missing my deadline because of their delays.

Felt let down
I was really hoping for a seamless experience, but ended up frustrated. The integration with other tools didn't work as promised. I won’t use it again.
