Almost Perfect
I really like PandaDoc, but occasionally the uploads can be slow. Still, it simplifies the process a lot. Would give it a solid 4 stars.

Great Tool for Legal Docs
We've been using PandaDoc for our legal agreements and it's been pretty solid. The templates save us a ton of time, but the interface took a little getting used to. Overall, I’d recommend it for anyone dealing with contracts.

Could Use Some Improvements
We've tried several e-signature tools, and PandaDoc stood out with its intuitive design. However, I did have issues with the payment integration at first, which took a couple of days to resolve. Their support team was responsive, which was a plus. Overall, I think it's a good choice, but there’s room for improvement.

Solid but Some Glitches
I enjoy using PandaDoc for my small business contracts. It saves time and the interface looks nice. But there have been a couple of times where I faced technical issues while trying to send documents, which was frustrating. I would still recommend it, just be aware of some hiccups.

Fantastic customer service
Had a bit of trouble with an integration but the customer service helped me every step of the way. Love the document tracking feature too! Very handy in legal dealings.

Good for contracts
