Mixed feelings
Used PandaDoc for a few contracts. The interface is pretty easy, but I experienced some bugs while sending documents. They really need to work on their platform.

Almost Perfect
I really like PandaDoc, but occasionally the uploads can be slow. Still, it simplifies the process a lot. Would give it a solid 4 stars.

Worst experience ever
I tried to create a contract and the whole thing just crashed. Had to start from scratch. Absolutely unacceptable for a paid service.

Love This Software!
This software has made my life so much easier. As a freelance lawyer, I need to send out contracts frequently. PandaDoc lets me create and send them in minutes! Plus, the automatic reminders for clients help keep things on track. It’s a must-have!

Support needs improvement
PandaDoc has potential, but my recent experience with their support was disappointing. Had to wait too long for answers, and the solution didn’t even work.

Not impressed
Tried to use it for my business documents and ran into issues with formatting. Customer support was okay, but not proactive. Wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Could be better
There are some useful features, but the bugs I'm experiencing are driving me crazy. I expected more polish for the price. Maybe they’ll improve, but for now, it’s just okay.

Love the ease of use

Great Tool for Legal Docs

Top Notch Support and Tools
PandaDoc has been a game changer for my law firm. The document creation tools are excellent and the ability to get my clients’ signatures electronically has speeded up our process significantly. Plus, their customer support is always helpful when I run into something tricky. Can't imagine going back to the old way!

Disappointed

Terrible experience
I really wanted to like PandaDoc, but the interface was so confusing. I couldn't even send a simple document. Customer service didn't help me at all. Gave up and switched to another service.
