Support needs improvement
PandaDoc has potential, but my recent experience with their support was disappointing. Had to wait too long for answers, and the solution didn’t even work.

Not impressed
Tried to use it for my business documents and ran into issues with formatting. Customer support was okay, but not proactive. Wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Could be better
There are some useful features, but the bugs I'm experiencing are driving me crazy. I expected more polish for the price. Maybe they’ll improve, but for now, it’s just okay.

Disappointed
PandaDoc seemed promising, but after using it for a few weeks, I'm not satisfied. I've faced too many bugs and problems with the mobile app.

Not worth the hassle
I keep running into glitches, and the templates are really outdated. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone who needs something reliable.

Needs improvement
Customer support is slow. I had an urgent issue and waited for ages before I got a reply. The features are decent, but with this support, it's hard to recommend it.
