Oscar Health is alright for basic check-ups but I’ve had issues getting more complex treatments approved. Customer support can be nice at times but also frustrating when I needed clarification on my benefits. The app is decent, but it’s not a one-stop shop for everything, which makes it annoying. It's not horrible, but I might look for other options.

I signed up for Oscar Health because a friend recommended them. Their onboarding was nice, and everything seemed smooth until I had a minor surgery that needed coverage. The claim took almost two months to come through and I had to follow up several times. That really soured my experience overall, as I expected a more seamless process.

I've been with Oscar Health for two years now, and I can't say enough good things! The app is super user-friendly, and I love how transparent they are with pricing. Had a recent visit to the doctor and everything was covered as promised. Highly recommend!
