Just okay for basic health care

Oscar Health is alright for basic check-ups but I’ve had issues getting more complex treatments approved. Customer support can be nice at times but also frustrating when I needed clarification on my benefits. The app is decent, but it’s not a one-stop shop for everything, which makes it annoying. It's not horrible, but I might look for other options.

Decent insurance, but frustrating claims

I signed up for Oscar Health because a friend recommended them. Their onboarding was nice, and everything seemed smooth until I had a minor surgery that needed coverage. The claim took almost two months to come through and I had to follow up several times. That really soured my experience overall, as I expected a more seamless process.

Not the best

I’m a little disappointed with Oscar. The coverage isn’t as comprehensive as I thought it would be, and I've had some trouble with claims. Just doesn't feel reliable.

Meh, just alright

Oscar has its pros like the app and tracking coverage, but the customer service experience wasn't great for me. Had to deal with a lot of back and forth. I'm not sure if I'll renew my plan next year.

Not bad but not great either

Great experience, highly recommend

Quick and efficient claims
