Frustrating experience

I switched to Oscar thinking it would be better, but they messed up my first claim. Took weeks to resolve, and I had to call multiple times. Not sure this was worth it.

Disappointed with customer support

I was really hoping for better support from Oscar. When I had a claim issue, it took way too long to get a proper response. I ended up frustrated and still didn’t get any resolution after several calls.

Very disappointing

I expected much more from Oscar. The communication is poor and their service just lacks transparency. I often feel lost in the whole process of finding care and filing claims.

Frustrating experience

I've had multiple issues with my claims getting denied without clear reasons. It’s really frustrating to have to keep calling customer service to sort it out. Not impressed.

Not worth the hassle

Claims take too long! I had to call twice to get my recent visit covered.

Disappointed with the service

I had high hopes for Oscar but was really let down. They messed up my enrollment and it took weeks to fix it. Will be looking for alternatives unfortunately.
